The SEFM task group on quality assurance of treatment planning systems started to work at the end of 2020 with tha aim of update current recommendations under the scope of photon and electron beams. After defining the task group main lines of action, to know the way TPS quality control and plan verification is done in 2021 by spanish medical physicis departaments was identified as an important one, and a national survey was designed to elaborate a map of the current status. We present here the survey results, which has been answered by approximately 55% of spanish centres.
