Abstract

The use of portal flat panels for MV can simplify the quality assurance of the equipment and enables to carry out more tests without increasing measurement time. On the other hand, these  methodologies are not the ones recommended for dose measurement, so a strict validation process must be carried out  before trusting on them. In this work, a set of validation tests and a series of quality assurance procedures, are explained.
