Revista de Física Médica (Rev Fis Med) is the official scientific dissemination medium of the Spanish Society of Medical Physics  (SEFM). Its objectives are to publicize original scientific papers in Spanish, serve  as an instrument of opinion and debate and facilitate continuing education for all those interested in Medical Physics.

To fulfil its objectives, Revista de Física  Médica publishes theoretical, experimental  and teaching articles related to Physics in Health Sciences, within one of the  categories described in the publication rules. Revista de Física Médica will also include other sections to accommodate opinions, debates and news of interest generated within the SEFM.

This journal provides immediate free access to its content under the principle that this encourages a greater exchange and global  dissemination of knowledge.
